Inquiry<\/h4>The flow starts when we receive an inquiry from the customer, where the product's requirements and specifications are discussed. We gather all necessary information to begin the process.<\/div><\/div>

Quote\/Estimate<\/h4>After understanding the customer's needs, we conduct a thorough calculation and prepare a quote that includes the price, timeline, and other important details. The quote provides a clear picture of what can be expected from the project.<\/div><\/div>

Prototype<\/h4>After the quote is approved, we move on to developing a prototype. The prototype serves as the first physical representation of the final product, allowing for testing and feedback before mass production begins.<\/div><\/div>

APQP<\/h4>Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) ensures that all quality requirements are met through carefully planned steps, which reduces risks and improves product development in the PPAP process.<\/div><\/div>

PPAP \u2013 IMDS<\/h4>Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) ensures that all requirements and specifications are met before production begins. IMDS (International Material Data System) is used to ensure that material selection complies with chemical composition standards, ensuring that no prohibited substances are present in the component.<\/div><\/div>

Purchasing<\/h4>In this step, we ensure that all necessary materials and components are purchased according to the specifications established in previous steps, with a focus on quality and delivery time.<\/div><\/div>

Incoming materials \u2013 Inspection<\/h4>When the material arrives, a thorough inspection is carried out to ensure it meets all quality requirements before moving on to production.<\/div><\/div>

The manufacturing process<\/h4>This is where the actual manufacturing takes place according to specified processes.
